Finding vintage Carolyne Roehm pieces today are truly rare because her clients do not wish to part with her creations so who the hell knows why this beautiful LBD found it’s home inside a thrift store?  Who knows and really cares because as long as the universe has me to come to the rescue of these kind of pieces, life will always be good!  Carolyne Roehm served her fashion apprenticeship under Oscar de la Renta.  She created her own line of luxurious, feminine designs but this lasted only a few years (1984-1991) and every time I see this label, and believe me it’s rare, I grab it and run.  This LBD looks just as hot today as the day it was conceived, I kid you not.  Good design never goes out of style.  Keep it “green” by recycling, reusing & reducing your waste and by all means stop by plastic water bottle that end up in the landfills….  I’m your luxury curator!
