This is my very first piece of thrift store found Brunello Cucinelli so there goes the cherry !  I almost completely passed out when I saw the label because for years I’ve tried to locate anything from this label and haven’t had any luck.  So thank you Lady Luck !  When I say that this label is expensive you need to multiple that by 10 and then multiple that by another 10 and you’ll get the answer.  It’s super expensive and my dream is one day to find a Brunello Cucinelli mens cashmere sweater and matching slacks in my size, at the thrift store of course!  The birth of this brand was in 1978 when Brunello Cucinelli realized that colorful cashmere could be an important innovation (up until that time, cashmere was exclusively produced in natural colors) and established the first cashmere knitwear company in Italy.  Their headquarters are located in some 14th century castle and you know I’m dying to go there and see it myself!  I love pairing this modern cashmere top with this vintage 70′s Bill Blass Blassport ultra suede skirt with pockets.  It’s super chic and super cozy.  I love mixing modern with vintage and what better labels than these two?  I’m Daniel Troppy your luxury curator asking you to please recycle all your plastic water bottles…
