Following months of hype waiting for Beyonce to perform at the Super Bowl, ticket holders and television viewers were not disappointed. The all singing and all dancing star performed a smash-up of some of her most successful chart hits during half-time at the Super bowl last night. Beyonce was then accompanied by her two band mates from Destiny’s Child, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, who then performed a medley of their greatest hits from previous years.
Beyonce entered the stage wearing a sexy bodysuit by a New York based Designer called Rubin Singer. The leather bodysuit featured a plunge neckline and a delicate lace detail. Showcasing her fantastic post-baby body, the singer wowed viewers with her fantastic figure and amazing energy. The 14 minute performance will not be forgotten in a hurry and will be difficult to beat.
The Super Bowl suffered from a 34 minute power cut shortly after the powerful performance from the world renowned singer. The power shortage is thought to have been linked with the extravagant use of lighting and video effects from the half-time performance.
Beyonce is without a doubt one of the biggest celebrities of our time with a tonne of talent in many different industries. Starting out as a member of the notorious girl band, Destiny’s Child and then moving on to a successful solo career, Beyonce has stunned the world with her incredible talent for singing, dancing and pulling out all of the stops during a performance. Destiny’s Child has planned a comeback with a new song named Nuclear which is available just in time for Valentines Day. The new album, Love Songs, will feature some of the bands greatest hits as well as the latest single by the girls.
