So it might be surprising that fashionista Nicky Hilton stepped out in New York City on Monday wearing a SpongeBob turtleneck.
The 31-year-old paired the whimsical sweater with black skinny jeans and high-top black Converse. The youthful sweater could be hinting at children in Nicky's future with her recent engagement to banker James Rothschild.
'They are both really excited and incredibly happy,' a source reported in UsWeekly in August, about their future together.
Perhaps the happy couple has not only wedding bells on their mind, but babies, too. Hilton hid behind black frame sunglasses, and appeared to be wearing very light makeup.
Her nails were painted black, matching her skinny jeans and high-top sneakers, and completing her laid-back look.
Just last year Nicky's sister Paris was opening up in UsWeekly about her desire for children. 'I think that's the meaning of life to have children and have a family one day,' she said.
Her sister must have followed her lead and caught her baby fever. Despite her silly sweater, the fashion designer seemed to be all business on her walk in New York City, at one point taking a call.
On Tuesday she was spotted in a chic leopard print dress, while walking through New York City with a friend. The TV personality's sophisticated outfit was complemented by her stunning engagement ring.
