Anne Hathaway 'plans to learn lines while driving'

Anne Hathaway plans to learn her lines for her new one-woman show while driving.

The 32-year-old actress is set to star in 'Grounded', which opens in New York in April, and she intends to prepare for the show while travelling from LA with her husband Adam Shulman.

A source told the New York Post's Page Six column: ''Anne's learning 41-pages of dialogue.

''She's going to drive. Adam Shulman's going to run the lines with her as they go.''

'Grounded' is about a fighter pilot who is assigned to operate drones when she gets pregnant.

The 70-minute stage show, directed by Julie Taymor, will be held at the Public Theater in New York.

Oskar Eustis, the Artistic Director at the Public Theater, recently revealed just how much he's looking forward to welcoming the Oscar-winning actress to New York.

He said: '''Grounded' is a brilliant and important play, a meditation on the human and moral costs of our astonishing military technology. This promises to be an unforgettable theatrical event, and an important addition to our national conversation.

''Anne Hathaway and Julie Taymor are amazing, unique artists, and we are honoured to produce them at the Public Theater.''
