We’ve heard it all before: Being an intern is a great way to learn, market yourself, and find the kind of work that suits you best. It’s also, for the time being, a grind. Even as Congress is trying to make
the unpaid internship a thing of the past, working 9-to-5 for course credit and a pat on the back in this touch-and-go economy isn’t very palatable. But this College Fashion post by Sharon, a University of Washington student, on her unpaid work at Seattle Fashion Week reminded us that, if you keep
your eyes open, you can find a semester’s worth of education in just a few short days.
