The Fashion Industries Favorite Business Network ...

I have decided to open up my own boutique. I was wondering if anyone could help me with any adviceon how to get started, obstacles, and how to STAY successful past 3 years. Thank you so much any advice or comments are welcome.

Hi Raven. I can give you some advice from the accounting and tax side of things. You need to think about what kind of entity your boutique will be (i.e. sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, Corporation, S Corporation). I would suggest either an LLC (limited liability company) or an S Corporation. Both have benefits and drawbacks. I would be glad to explain both to you if you are interested so you can make an educated decesion! Let me know!
