1. An idea: we all have a million the only difference is some go out there, roll up their sleeves, and know they are about to embark on a journey that at times will make you WANT to trade lives with Anne Hathaway’s character in Les Miserables . And as for the others, well, they don’t.

2. Skype “walk in the mind” as we say in France meaning to understand ones ideas deeply, so we set up a meeting either in office or via Skype.

3. Sourcing all over LA, we are firm on our concept “Made in LA”

4. Pattern Muslin Fitting by Skype: This is a 3 in one step but it’s as if we all have 3 more hands coming out of our bodies (at least we wish we did) making it seem as though its one. Once finished we will have fittings via Skype. Jomsy pioneered the concept of fitting via Skype.

5. Finalize Patterns: Patterns are the foundation of your line, no one wants to be in a house during an earthquake that does not have a stable foundation the same goes for patterns, need to be strong and for fife!

6. Sample: Once all is set in the way of patterns, fabric, and trim we can finally cut and sew sample a pattern

7. Production: set up your duplicates and production costs and help you for your wholesale prices. We always advise our clients to wait on production until they have orders which are in house sales -rep can help them do.

To some this process may seem long and tedious, to those in the industry this is in fact a walk in the park. The only deadlines we have are based off the client’s wishes and budget, and we will help them with as much as they want and can afford to reach their dreams in 7 steps!

Above all remember, Paris was not built in a day, don’t give up!
