Losing weight and unwanted fat is one of the most common New Year’s resolution. Almost all of us will be able to relate to it. Research shows that most of the resolutions go down the drain after January. At the same time, there are some people who fail to lose weight even after a lot of sincere effort. Are you one of them? Are you not seeing any result or has your weight lose slowed down? Run down the things that you may be doing wrong.    

1. Not working out

Just following a diet regime won’t help you loosing weight instantly. Physical activities are equally important. Your body will start resisting if you starve yourself beyond a certain limit. So, instead of going on a very strict diet plan, start working out. Go for a balanced diet and burn the extra calories at the gym. Early morning jog or an hour of brisk walking in the evening is equally helpful.     

2. Not working out the right way

There is a possibility that you are not working out the right way.  The more you sweat the more calorie you’ll burn. So, drink as much water as you can. 3. Not keeping a track of your diet

4. You’re eating too many calories

5. You’re binge eating

When you are hungry, you eat too rapidly and end up eating large amount of food in one go. Even if you are having healthy food, the calories still count. So, have fruits and diet snacks at regular intervals. The gap between two consecutive meal should not be very long. Avoid having too many processed food as it hinders the ability to loose belly fat.
