Faux Locs is a hairstyle which looks like box braids but they are not the same. It is inspired by the island community of dreadlocks. They are inserted by twisting and braiding natural hair and further interweaving the remaining hair locs around the braids. Faux Locs looks sexy and stylish at the same time. This is a gorgeous looking protective hairstyle. Locs are easy to maintain, lightweight (when installed properly) and look stunning.

Shells – Shells look beautiful on locs and are perfect for a beachy, summer look!
Hemp Cord – Hemp cord is available in a range of colors at any local fabric store. Simply wrap the cords around your locs for a gorgeous look.
Random Hair Jewelry – It isn't necessary to stick with just one accessory. Mix and match different accessories and add your own ideas to give your locs a unique and beautiful look.
Hair Coils – Hair coils come in a variety of patterns. It comes in a range of metallic colours including copper, silver and gold, and looks bomb wrapped around locs.
Hair Cuffs – This is the traditional accessory which everyone at some point has worn. They give a classy look to your hair.
