These software’s have many features that are helpful for designing and creating a garment, however when anlaysed it has shown that these software’s have limitations, hence many fashion retailers still follow the old method of reviewing and approving based on physical samples. Having physical samples has been more successful when making decisions especially for a particular season as there is the element of feel and touch.

A Designers dream would be to view a real garment of his/her choice instantly without having to wait for it being produced. What we see on softwares such as TUKA and V-stitcher is just a graphically designed model and the fabrications and colours used does not even represent the same appearance once a style is actually produced.
