I went to a plus-sized fashion show with my mom today at Macy's and it was a lot of fun. Clinton Kelly from What Not to Wear was there and he answered questions from the audience and did critiques on people's outfits. He put together the looks for the show as well.
After the show Clinton did a book signing and took pictures with people. We got to take a picture with him and meet him, which was pretty cool. He was very nice and funny throughout the show and the signing and we had a really… Continue

I've worked in silk screen business for the past 10 years. I did all the purchasing of tee shirts to be printed. We prinnted for all the major dept stores in the US. Unfortunately the business closed and I'm looking for work. It is hard locating other printers to apply for work. Is there some way to locate these places. They would have to be bigger operations to justify my services.
any help would be appreciated.

After so many days and nights questioning whether I should do it or not, I finally decided to take upon myself the glamourous task to start a Fashion Blog. Reason being, I like to write, criticize, share opinion but most importantly, I love Fashion and everything that revolves around it.
So why did it take me so long you may ask? Well, simply because there are so many Blogs out there, about almost everything, that I didn't really feel the need to saturate the already overloaded poor… Continue

Since your computer currently has your attention, open a new tab and head to eBay.com. While searching for some colorful vintage treasure for this month's issue, I decided to take a chance and check out eBay's vintage offerings. To tell you the truth, I was a bit skeptical, but found myself pleasantly surprised! There are a multitude of sellers whose single focus are vintage and antique clothes and accessories, like My-and-I, a vintage eBay store where I found these fabulous vintage hot pink… Continue

Since this issue is kicking off our personal style campaign, we've been talking non-stop about different ways to express your individuality through your clothes and taking chances with your style, one particular element that seemed to be the easiest way to start was color! When you're just starting out, it can be hard to determine which colors are right for. Questions like "does this compliment my skin tone" or "do I have anything that could actually go with this" are common and important to… Continue

One of the simplest ways to show off your personal style is through one of the most common accessories: sunglasses. In truth, your sunglasses say a lot about you. Aviators can say "I'm tough, don't mess with me" or even "I'm just that incredibly cool"; it all depends on who your attitude! So try the theory out: get a few pairs of cheap, statement sunglasses, like these $12 Jackie O shades from Urban Boundaries, which come in 6 different colors,… Continue

How amazingly hot are these shoes?
Ok, so if you haven't noticed yet... I LOOOOOVE MARC JACOBS!! I think he is pure genius! Anyway, I think these shoes are absolutely amazing. I don't know how new they are but it doesn't even matter. These are selling for $287 on Zappos. Is this too much for shoes? I am a firm believer that if you pay alot, you get alot. I've bought $6 pumps and let me tell you, they felt like $6 pumps. But I want to… Continue
