The Livi Rae event will be on May 25th and they will be donating proceeds to the Bikers for Boobs charity. As one of the United State's largest apparel sellers, Target has raised the fashion - value bar to new heights and set a standard boutique label manufacturers must exceed to remain successful. In essence, the branded apparel manufacturers (ie. me) must provide products to specialty retailers which are cutting edge, fresh, novel, and at a price that screams value to the consumer.
Specialty stores will never compete with Target on price, but with about 2,000 children's… Continue

I just got offered a job at White House Black Market on Friday and I start tomorrow! I'm excited about the job because I think that it will be similar to my Nordstrom job but because the store is smaller, I think I will feel more comfortable working there. I felt overwhelmed working at Nordstrom sometimes because the store is so huge and I didn't really like the competitiveness in my department. Hoping at WHBM I can have more fun and everyone will work together and get along more. WHBM is such… Continue

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did.
You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and… Continue

FACT: The term "talent scout" is usually a tip-off that the site is either a rip-off or… Continue

I am interested to know if there are any fashion events held anywhere in the mid-west? I would guess Chicago would be the home of such an event, but I havent been able to find anything about it, which is a little disappointing. There is so much talent in this area and not a lot of opportunity. If there are any other talented people in the mid-west that want to get their work out to the masses, let me know! Better yet, if there is anyone that can offer up any info, PLEASE, don't hesitate! Thank… Continue
