Alexander Wang is a young designer who is trying to make a name for
himself in the world of fashion. But his latest collection was not well
received. Vogue Magazine described his inspiration as being a group of
models that found clothing that had been discarded in 1987, and raided
it. But this is not an era or a look that most people remember fondly.
Here are the details of what went wrong with this collection, and what
he should do to get back on track next… Continue

It has been awhile since I was working Hollywood getting my hands dirty doing fun art projects... So I was thrilled to be invited to do an art piece for the Evisu Cube project. Each artist is given a small 3-D space and some Evisu fabric to make an art project with. The show will be open November 9th with an auction of the artwork in order to benefit a Chinese charity. Similar events were done in Hong Kong and London and hope the Shanghai event goes off just as well.
I will post some… Continue

is my celebrity obsession being replaced with sports? My name is Gina and I’m an addict. A fantasy football addict.
A few weeks ago, (6 to be exact) my brother invited me to join a Fantasy Football league. Thinking nothing of it, and really just doing it as a favor to him, I signed up. After a few wins (actually a 4 week undefeated streak!!!) and a few smack cards from other players, I’m nothing short of obsessed with the game. Just as I used to bust tail to the… Continue

You probably haven't seen me much on here the past few days, I've been
super busy with midterms. Also as some of you know, it is my senior
year so I have begun the job hunt (even though graduation isn't until
May a lot of companies are already recruiting!)
Today was the career fair on campus and there was only one company I
was interested in--Macy's South. I went and met with the recruiters.
It went really well, at first they told me they were only… Continue

I have stepped out in faith and God has amazed me with people blessing me with money to open my boutique. I haven't yet found a location because i want something out of the box, that will attract and make women ooh and aah about being a woman. I am looking to purchase quality wholesale clothing that's different and unique. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.....I will be going to Dallas to market soon but I want some over the top, unexpected things as well in the store.
