About Me ...

Working for an online jewelry boutique, responsible for the following tasks: extensive marketing research to find potential merchandise, screening emerging designers, analyzing their sales potential, Manage, track and follow up on purchase orders, handle and resolve all customers’ complaints, returns etc.
Assist executive merchandise new collection and organize trunk shows and events. Responsible for finding new channels for brand exposure, identifying potential press vehicles, celebrity stylists and shows, uploading merchandise on the website and improve website's performance.

Fashion Industry Experience

I've been working in the fashion industry for 5 years in many areas from operational, human resources, merchandising, sales and marketing departments, and have a broad understanding about many areas of a large corporation. I have a bachelor degree in International Business and Global Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology, as well as an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandiser and Management from Westchester Community College (SUNY). I speak English and Portuguese fluently and have a basic knowledge of Spanish and Italian. I’m very organized, resourceful, and polite, and will always do my best to deliver a task on time and with precision.
