I've been an artist for a long time. Art major in college. I do sew but haven't lately. My Mother was a Womens Tailor and I did her finish work from when I was a teen. Now I've been designing Jewelry and been doing it for about 25 years. Now I 'm going a different direction with new skills in marketing and materials. Hope to have a thriving new business soon.

yeah.....the last piece I did was a bull and bear for a stock broker. solid ..about 1 1/2" for his desk. I wanted to keep it. What about pmc. Clay.. fire.. clean. sounds less work intensive. I haven't tried it yet but I will. I sculpted in stone first. sand-stone mostly so its kinda going backward. should be fun....

casting is a bit tough to justify. It is very time consuming, and even though it looks like it would be easy, the learning curve can be several years. There are folks that specialize in nothing but casting. I to mixed casting and fabrication.
