- Working as a model I learned many life skills, most important of which are communication skills, which allowed to develop my skills in building relationships with the magazines/designers/agents/people I worked with. I travelled the world and learned a lot about the global fashion industry as well as the people that work within it and used my communication skills to gain great contacts.
• I created a Fashion Blog in 2010 www.fashionwatching.co.uk, which in its one and a half years of internet circulation has gained a large following of fashion enthusiasts around the world and has given me many opportunities to progress. • I have since worked for popular London fashion/style website www.styloko.com, contributing 3 weekly featured articles. I have also contributed material about London style to the blog of a US based, exclusive shopping website and have been asked to feature as a guest blogger on other popular fashion blogs.
• I have worked closely with online shopping websites ASOS and Style Passport, featuring key products on my blog and aiding in optimizing those products through out the web. I also work with various pr teams and affiliate companies who feed me with the latest information and products to feature on my blog. • I worked freelance for 6 months for Kustom Clothing, a corporate clothing business, developing their social networking sites i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and getting everything to a level where the employees are able to manage it quickly and easily themselves. I also provide Kustom Clothing with the blog content on their website and all of their website text.
