It pays to remove safety pins on the label !!! When I 1st spotted this black skirt among 100′s & 100′s of skirts, there was a dry cleaning safety pin right on the label which totally blocked the label. I could find very little on Kulson the brand except for the fact that Lisa Kulson designed for Theory for just 1 year -2003- and then Theory helped her launch her own line, Kulson. When I Googled Kulson a few items on ebay showed up and that was about it and believed me I tried Googling Kulson several different ways and came up empty handed which tells me this brand is extinct.
