About Me ...

I’m an Executive Recruiter specializing in the targeting and recruitment of footwear and fashion talent for manufacturing, wholesale and retail positions. After working with MRI I opened Profitable Solutions Executive Search’s first office in January 2000. We place everything from Design, Product Development & Sales Management to Buyers, GMM’s, CEO’s and much more worldwide. Our boutique approach guarantees the highest level of quality service and confidentiality to both candidate and client.

Fashion Industry Experience

My experience began in retail buying in the 70’s which led to wholesale sales management. I opened two golf stores that featured high end fashion and equipment. After the thrill of building the brand wore off I sold the company 4 years later when entering the recruitment business. Personally having handled many of the responsibilities of the positions I filled made the executive search business a natural fit and thus began a career I truly enjoy. Having a passion for the industry and the people within makes talking to them daily a wonderful way to make a living. My wish for our candidates is that they too find what I have; a profession and company they are happy to wake up to each day 90% of the time!
