Last night, we planned to meet some friends at a wine bar for an evening of catch-up and conversation. Many years ago, when I was in my early twenties making not more than my age, a friend of mine took me to Nordstrom's for some shopping and relaxing. I say relaxing because it was a Norstrom's store that had a pub on the ground floor.
