What is hot in fashion this year?: Spring 2009 Trends: The '50s refinement and Hippy Chic are back for more. Designer color palettes varied from fleshy chic beige to bright neon. Most notable colors colbalt blue, Orange, yellow and violet. If you aren't a big color person you are safe with the neutral earthy palette and black & white combos. Spring is going to be big on accessories with huge statement necklaces and over sized bangles. Get those legs ready for spring summer honey because the hem lines are going way up with mini dresses.
