About Me ...: I am currently 16, and have wanted to be a model since I learned about the fashion industry. I role model is Tyra Banks because she has so much going for her, she models, sings, acts, has fashion lines and her own television shows. I know it is hard work, and I am willing to do it.
The thing for me, along with many other young girls is that I have very limited funds. This makes it hard to have a portfolio and all the other things you need to start a modelling career. Anyone out there willing to help me out, comment, and I promise to answer. I have all the drive, and will so i know once I get my start, There's no stopping me!

You may want to visit the photographer group on this site and see if anyone can give you a deal. Also, their is a photographer section on the clothing model directory (ClothingModel.com). If you have photos of your own, you can create a free online profile at clothing model profiles (ClothingModel.net)

Also, you may want to visit the Stylist Group on this site. Those are the people that work on hair and makeup. Possibly they have suggestions of modeling agencies or photographers to assist you.

When you meet with photographers, modeling agencies etc., please always bring one of your parents with you.
