SO I thought a quick "status update" would in order. I went back to fashion school at the beginning of this year to update my skills and return to working in apparel after a career change to the fitness industry. San Jose Fashion Week said… So you are familiar with viewing tech paks and gerber software? I am working right now on sevral levels with Michelle Spazio who is the owner of one of the largest manufacturing garment plants in Turkey. I am helping her redesign her store and branding of her merchandise. She is in turn helping me to develop my menswear clothing brands, I needed some runs on sample suits, shirts, ties, etc., and 42 longs for the runways, and swatches for the lookbooks we are developing. She will take a higher percentage but it is all good in the long run. as you know the game is in the numbers of units moved. Besides retail, their is of course is the fail safe wholesale and the out of season sales to brokers that handle accounts like TJMaxx/Marshalls. This is good because you don't devalue your brand by having a sale in your stores, they have the sales. We are in a position to manufacture as much out of season stock as you can handle. The advantages of having the manufacturer as a resource.
