About Me ...

Andrea was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After attending a fashion show with her parents, at age 14, it was clear that she had a passion for modeling and that show inspired her to become a model and be involved in the fashion industry. Encouraged by a her mentor and family friend, Mrs. Tommye Stoudemire, who is the owner of Tommye’s New Attitude Modeling Studio in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Andrea began taking the steps toward a successful modeling career. Through Tommye, Andrea didn’t just learn the basics of modeling but was also involved in the business side of the agency as Tommye’s assistant and modeling instructor. The knowledge and skills that she obtained lead her to book many print, modeling, runway shows, promotions and commercials in Ohio, New York, and Washington, DC. In 1999 she competed in the MAAI (Modeling Association of America Competition) in New York City, where she placed in the Professional Model category. Andrea was also invited to judge the Miss Teen Ohio Pageants in Columbus, Ohio. After getting married in 2003, Andrea took a break from the fashion industry to focus on her family. It is evident that her passion for modeling never left as she is currently Owner and Executive Director of NONA Michelle Studio in Orlando, Florida.
