I have a good fashion sense. I can spot a definite fashion don't from a mile away, while at the same time maintaining common decency about myself. I keep up with the trends, pay attention when the fashion industry takes a dramatic turn, and live for what's hip and new.

Plaid is definitely in this year. From the knee length old fashioned plaid skirts, to the hot and sexy, exotic styles cut way above the knee, to the plaid shorts in an array of vibrant colors, styles and cuts.
Judging from the fashion weeks both in Paris and in New York, I'd also have to say we are going to see a lot more unique and different designs in dresses, pants, suits and separates, lingerie, shoes and boots; there'll be new denim styles, more floral prints, pastels, and a variety of colors.
Attention is being given to new cocktail wear and women's suits, as seen in Ralph Lauren's ready to wear collection. Very shiek! He spices it up with a big variety of styles that in every way can be interchangeable. The fall wear introduced a new layered look for keeping warm but stylish at the same time. On the men’s side, although not as quickly changing as women’s styles, attention will be drawn to their suits with new cuts and styles and the pros and cons to wearing them.
Women can expect to see a newly revamped look to hot pants. Ideal for the night life I would say. And I dare not believe it myself but knee high socks are definitely the latest rage among our younger generation, what with their knock out colors and the many ways in which they can be worn. I have a teenage daughter for the teen scene is a definitely plus for me to keep up with in our house.
For the 2010 spring/summer wear, in my opinion there’ll be more attention given to skinny jeans and colorful tops (T’s and blouses). The gathered look in tops has young girls screaming for more, and there’ll be a huge impact on flat soled shoes, flip flops and decorative sandals.
