Fashion Industry Experience: A Footwear Technologist Having experience over 5 years in Footwear Manufacturing. Worked for Leading Exporters in India. In respective capacities right from Sourcing of Leathers to Boxing of Shoes (That includes pattern engineering, Fits approval and salesman samples).

Control the quality of all samples before they are shipped (prototypes,
fit samples, size grading, test, salesman, confirmation, pre-production trials) and convey to the factory any modifications / adjustments required by the customer.
Ø General footwear operational management experience.
Ø Understand design development and Product development.
Skills:
As for communication skill I have independently handling customers for
Day to day factory activities related to production and quality. That
Includes costing, quality assurance and according to customer's Inspection Manual, control of labors etc.

Able to Work with any capacity according to my Technical knowledge.
Ø Pattern Engineering and Fits approval and salesman samples.
Ø Understanding of day-to-day Brand business and sourcing strategies.

Ø Able to work well under pressure with no supervision.

Ø Able to solve all technical problems in footwear.

Ø Able to maintain good professional relationship with both customers & factory people.

Ø Flexibility in adapting to a constantly changing environment.
