- What can I say... She's got a Passion for Bridal Fashion! Miyoshi Seto designer for the Miya Castellan brand is an emerging Bridal gown designer. Her styles are modern and feminine, classy and flattering to the the female shape. The Miya Castellan Bridal line is modern yet not overdone and consists of soft fabrics with feminine lines that make a bride feel like she is a princess. Miya Castellan designs are available for placement in upscale bridal salons in the US and internationally. Buyers and reps may contact 651-500-0311. Miya is always looking to network with retailers, fellow designers and others in the fashion industry.
- Fashion Industry Experience
- Miyoshi has been in love with gowns and dresses since the mid 90's. After Miyoshi's own engagement, her hunt for the perfect dress insued. Many were beautiful but none with the magic spark, that is when Miyoshi decided that she would design her own wedding gown. So she got out her sketch pad and sketched her gown to perfection, and then she sketched another and another and another and soon she found that she could not stop. She had found her dress and she had found her calling and has been designing bridal gown ever since! It is a tradition in Miyaoshi's husbands family for the ladies of the family to make the wedding dress and the dresses of the ladies in the wedding party. (Miyoshi's dress would also have had been made this way had they not relocated away from their family on the East Coast to the Midwest.) Miyoshi recalls waking up to mornings of a house full of women and teams of sewing machines spread across buffet sized tables which popped up in the living room, dining room and kitchen when ever someone in the family got married. This informal environment and hands on experience was Miyoshi'ss first introduction into the bridal fashion world. Miya Castellan by Miyoshi Seto is quickly etching in a name amongst the top of bridal lines.
