- Cem Productions is planning Georiga's first Miss Georgia Elite Pageant. The Miss Georgia Elite Pageant is a professional children's pageant.This pageant is designed to encourage young girls to be self-confident, well spoken and competitive leaders in the community. Contestants range from the ages of 5-17 years of age. Contetants will be judged on smiles, speech presentation, originality and overall appearance.
