- I am a Fashion Design student with a lot of drive and passion to become a successful designer in the fashion industry. I know I still have a lot to learn and I am ready for the challenges and opportunities that may open up for me in the future. I have been in love with fashion, painting, and art since I was about ten years old. I am excited to graduate from school in 2012 and start working in the industry :)
- Fashion Industry Experience
- I have not yet had a job in the Fashion Industry because I am still in school. I am a junior this year and will graduate in the spring of 2012. I had an internship this past summer with Prajje 1983. I did a lot of his patterns for his spring 2011 collection and also helped him to embroider and sew. I love to flat pattern and I am open to new ideas. I am recently working on my own collection inspired by aromatherapy sensuality and romantic candles. I am excited to step into the industry when I graduate! I am currently looking for an internship for this summer in NYC.

- Anything "Go Green" is hot in fashion this year. With the recession and the problems our country is facing with the environment, it is a perfect time for a twist in the production of our clothing! "Go Green" fabrics are being produced and new designers are trying them out.
