About Me ...

Michael Andrew is and continues to be a scholar of fashion...its function, its history, its communication, and its business. Hailing from Austin,TX (birthplace of Tom Ford) He is a representation of the noveau dandy, and for ever on the quest to cultivate his unique style...believing "if you find your style there you will find yourself". His consultation company (Poetri Inc_ offers several services including wardrobe consulting, personal shopping, styling (video and photo) closet consultation, portfolio consultations, with fashion branding management in the works. Fashion Industry Experience

He began studying Fashion Design at Clark Atlanta University, then pursued a degree in Fashion Merchandising at Texas State University, while studying Fashion Illustration, and Fashion Branding independently at Austin School of Fashion Design. While in school he managed a clothing boutique, consulted musicians, executives, and socialites, in addition he assisted in the production of several fashion shows. He also studied Fashion History as Leonard Gresham's (Fonzworth Bentley's mentor) apprentice. Currently Michael Andrew is the Creative Director for Michele' Nouveau, designing and consulting for several independent companies, and styling independently.
