Ms. Fashion Eye, I do not know if you have checked out this free law clinic called DC BAR. They might can assist you in drafting up an licesning contract (vendor) to sell your products to the boutiques in the area.

As you are a swimwear designer i would like to introduce you this great source for repeat pattern designs: Get registered on www.patterndesign-shop.com and choose from many diverse designthemes, according to trends or just timeless. After buying a pattern design, you can download it as a vector file and are free to further edit it or just use it as it is.
