I do find the phenomenon that brands can get a celebrity to help sell a product as well. not much in the area of creativity i suppose more about numbers.

hey, TO has several show rooms.... you should get to know them. This way you can pull garments and accessories you will need. There are also many photographers.... pair up with a few of them that also need to build up a portfolio - help each other…

I agree that there is creativity in NYC of course, and as you said in the last paragraph that with the proper niche, and high margin money can be made on small volume.

This is the same issue i've been facing as well in New York. everyone is doing what the other hot brand for the moment is doing and it's just a big xerox company around the board. All these investors are not concerned with building brands…

- in what market? 80's is all over - from Neon to leggings. Being an 80's teen - I am loving it. Except for the skinny jeans, since I have gained weight I feel I look like a Mad character. I love the low crotch skinny pants Dior and Comme De Garcon have out. I wear them, and enjoy the comments.
