Originally from Sweden, Lina started out working as a cartoonist and illustrator after graduating art school. A move to Cairo, Egypt and a job for the largest fashion magazine in the country introduced Lina to the world of fashion and celebrities. She decided to put the drawing career on hold and concentrate on make-up and was soon in high demand by the countries leading producers, singers, actors and magazines. To further her career she decided to return to Sweden and take a course in special effects make-up and wigmaking. She started working for the make-up brand Face Stockholm whilst studying and this company transferred Lina to London a year later to run their shop in Covent Garden. Shortly after arriving in London Lina decided to start her freelancing career and soon joined her first agency.
Lina is now an internationally recognized make-up artist with over a decade in the industry. Her experience covers most areas but fashion, celebrities, music and advertising is her main focus. Clients include the White Stripes, Boyzone, Girls Alound, Andrea Bocelli and brands like Roberto Cavalli, Thomas Pink, Levi's and mags like I-D, Dazed & Confused etc.
