Fashion Placement/ Student Internship

About Me ...: I am a 19 year old Clothing Design & Technology student at Manchester Metropolitan University graduating in 2013.
I am interested in all areas of the fashion industry, from marketing, pattern making, designing to manufacturing.
I love gowns in particular as these to me are not simply just fashion, but art in fashion.

Fashion Industry Experience: I have done my work experience at Vivienne Westwood in Manchester, UK.
I was involved in many tasks including: stock taking, sales, packaging internet orders, helping staff and many other typical high fashion store needs.

In my 3rd university year, I will be undertaking a placement year within the fashion industry which I am very excited about!

Favorite Fashion Designer or Fashion Brand: I have many, but John Galliano for his ability to bring sheer beauty to fashion.

What is hot in fashion this year?: For me, this summer, it was the fabulous Miu Miu prints!
I adore the cat print so much! To grab a piece of this super cool trend, I bought the Carousel Horses pouch/clutch by Mulberry.
For winter, I have my long sleeved maxi at the ready, with a military coat and wedge shoe boots! :D
