Fashion Internships- Where to find them?

Hi, does anyone have any suggestions on where to find fashion design internships for non-students. I currently work in advertising for a media company, but have always had a steady passion for Fashion Design am serious about getting back on track. My last formal training in fashion, sewing, etc was about 10 years ago in high school, although I have thought myself quite a bit over the years.
