About Me ...

jim merrill - jmt photography delivers quality services to both corporate and individual customers in areas such as editorial and commercial photography, model and actor portfolios, headshots of all kinds, fashion, weddings, and event photography. I am available for both studio and location work.

My work can be seen in local advertising, magazines, billboards and countless model and actor portfolios. My studio is located near the NODA district of Charlotte, NC in an old warehouse building. The studio is equipped to handle most any portrait needs, from headshots to small group shots and includes a large variety of props and backgounds to choose from to give your images a unique feel or a more traditional look. The area surrounding the studio has wonderul textures and serves as a backdrop for many of my images. The studio is open by appointment only.

I have worked with models from Elite, Ford, Wilhemina, M2, Directions USA and many others. I am available for photographing senior portraits, children, weddings, pageants, engagement portraits and just about everything else.
