Corel Draw is another excellent vector program which could be your basis for computerized fashion design. You can /should learn either Illustrator or Corel draw they both vector based,( photoshop is pixel based)

in my opinion you absolutely have to know Adobe illustrator and ideally Photshop in addition to Adobe illustrator, to be ready for today's fashion industry demand . let me know if you have any questions."
