Paper pattern cost: USD 40~60/Style (exact price according to garment difficulty level)
Sewing labror cost : USD 35~60/pc (exact price according to garment difficulty level)

Artwork Placement Printing: film cost USD30/color, printing cost: USD 30/time/artwork

All over artwork printing: film cost USD 75/color, printing cost: USD 60/time/artwork

Fabric dying: USD 40/color (MAX 30YDS)

Normal sample lead time: 7 days (within 20 pcs)
14days ( with 100 pcs )
20 days ( within 200pcs)
Courier charge: freight collected

Hi Inaam,

Unfortunately, my experience with tech packs is in apparel, rather than graphics, however, based on regular tech packs, a tech pack for your artwork would need to show the manufacturer a few things: 1. a sample image of the artwork on a t-shirt, 2. a detail sheet showing the artwork in actual size, and/or listing the actual measurements and placement of the artwork on a t-shirt. 3. You might also need to supply pantone colors used in the artwork and/or screen separations, but that is where we get beyond my experience. I"m sorry I could not be more helpful.
Here's a link to a company that specializes in making tech packs- they are experienced with graphics as well.

I suggest it should be more detail oriented.
The artwork should be always carried specific detailed,like size,technique of the print,base fabric,trims info,which is call teckpack.Which will help in producing the right product you are looking for.
