If you want to call her something; call her Soulful... Southern...Sultry...because these words clearly define the songstress Gabbie McGee. What is her music? It is her own deeply spiritual, powerfully moving, filled with love brand of "Certified Soul".

Gabbie's song is one of hope, faith and triumph. Having taken a few classes from the old school, her style and vocals are reminiscent of the sounds and spirit of greats like Sarah Vaughn, Dianne Reeves, and Anita Baker while remaining saturated with a flavor that is uniquely, Gabbie!

Born and raised in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, (Greenville, MS) Gabbie McGee is a singer by design. With a voice that can rage like an angry storm, or flow as soft as a mellow stream; Gabbie uses a creative concoction of blues, jazz, and soul to draw listeners into her world of sunshine and colors. This self proclaimed "Country Gal" is what the industry calls the total package. With her debut independent release "Certified Soul", Gabbie set a table full of musical contributions that have been certified, stamped, and approved by listeners world wide as "quality" music.

As Gabbie prepares to release her sophomore independent project "Mississippi's Daughter" on March 19, 2010; she is looking to collaborate with fashion enthusiasts, designers & stylist who are interested in helping her to further develop "the look" to accompany her sound; a vintage, natural yet soulful flavor!

When asked what's Hot this year; Gabbie answered, "For me a crisp white oxford shirt, a nice pair of fitted denim trousers and platform pumps in RED suede or BLACK patten leather ...is always HOT...winter, spring, summer or fall; and of course pearls, pearls, and more pearls!!!"
