Two New Back-dated Blog Posts, Dahlings!

Dahlings -

I've been in beautiful North Carolina, so my blogging is a tad behind. Nevertheless, I published two blog-posts from that time, May 29th and May 26th, about "The Fashion Show." Enjoy!

"The Fashion Show" Episode Four - Foot In Mouth

DAHLINGS -

Due to my hectic schedule and no access to DVR, I only saw the last fifteen minutes of last night's "The Fashion Show." Obviously Isaac Mizrahi had been told to tone it down a few notches. Because unless my ears were deceiving me, he had some nice things to say about the designs. The designers' challenge was to design an outfit based on a pair of shoes. And thank goodness, they were no longer working in teams, but individually! If I'd had to listen to Isaac say "Team Haven"… Continue

The Fashion Show, Kirstie Alley, Oprah, Etc.

DAHLINGS -

Forgive my lateness in posting, but I have been up to my long-lashed eyelids in trip preparation. Yes, your faithful correspondent is leaving her beloved Manhattan to go to North Carolina. First to stay with one of NC's finest hostesses, and from there to attend a dear, dear friend's commitment ceremony.

Yes, I believe in gay marriage and I'm not going to hell. Anyone who disagrees with me is free to go there, however, if I may be so bold.

In any event, I did not mana… Continue

I'm Writing A Book, Dahlings!

DAHLINGS -

Your faithful correspondent is finally taking the advice of her many thousands of admirers and--writing a book!

As wonderful as soft covers feel, it will be so wonderful to be between hard covers! Or even on an Amazon Kindle, whatever that is.

What sort of book, you ask? Well, since it is being written by moi, it is a fabulous book. But more than that, I shall not say. This is simply a tidbit to whet your appetite, my pets.

Have a wonderful night, every… Continue

Beautiful Vintage Costume and Fine Jewelry For Sale!

DAHLINGS -

I have an array of vintage costume and fine jewelry on my sites, and it behooves me to share some of my riches with you! Nothing makes me happier than diamond earrings, unless it's a pair of vintage Coro rhinestone danglers that practically hit my shoulders! Who gives a fig if they're faux as long as they are fabulous? Not I!

Over on (ugh) Ebay, this adorable N

thanks for the reply. I think you are talking about the blog directory on Apparel Search. To be listed on that page, their is a link to "add your company" at the bottom of that page that expains the process.

If you are talking about the blog section on this network, that is actually for blog messages that you can post in your "profile" section. If you post in your profile blog, the messages also appear on the main page of the site. In addition, they go into the blog section of the site. The posts would not be able to go directly from your own personal blog into the blog section on the fashion industry network (unless you posted them one at a time on your profile blog on this site). I would suggest posting blogs once in a while if you do not want to post all of them. When viewers on this network see your posts, they may follow the link to your profile, where they can then find your website.

In your profile section, you can add the RSS feed for your own personal blog. This will allow the blog posts from your own site to also appear in your "profile page" (but they would not appear in our blog section).

Hope this helps answer your question.

I see from your profile you are a boutique owner. If you are interested, you can create a free listing at the womens fashion directory and the fashion boutique directory.

Read a few of your blog posts.. Really well done.. Glad that you have found this network.

Wow I just watched that whole video of Tim Gunn and felt sick to my stomach when I saw the conscious creatures skinned alive. I feel the same way you do about carrying rabbit fur in our stores even though we only have five rabbit fur coats in stock now, that still must equate to over 150 rabbits I wish I knew this information before we made the purchases.

I really liked your blog. I include similar articles in my own blog about the environment and the essentials of donating clothing to goodwill.

This is my blog tell me what you think.
