I have a handful of contractors that I work with, too. Some are local to me; and, others are in different parts of the county. I think it's a good idea to always have relationships with contractors because it's in the customer's best interest. In some cases, I can't take a job because it pays too little, so I have to give it to someone else. And, in other cases, some of my friends need my help to win very large contracts.
