About Me ...

The BASICHOODBRAND was created in 2007
as a way to express the rugged urban side of life.The rugged design of
the denim is an expression of lifes hardships in the struggle for survival in todays urban enviroments.

The zippered design represents the unbound rugged urban enviroment that plaques most lower class inner city and suburban
streets. By pairing this with 14oz heavy weight denim and various degrees of fading,whiskering,etc. our goal is to show the everyday struggle of life in the hood.
