About Me ...: With 2010 fast approaching, Bert's attention has turned to creating his own namesake company . His nihilistic digital graphics work playfully with simple oversized silhouettes, to create discordant aesthetic for a brand new decade. Bert's work has a heavy political subtext, influenced by post modern humanism and counter cultural thinking. Which in it self is a nod to his greatest design influence and life long hero Vivienne Westwood. Other key influences include the film director David Lynch and the nightmarish paintings of Sir Francis Bacon.
