PROCESS
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN- Introduction and acceptance of a design concept that consist of general business consulting, time schedule, budgeting, and plan of operations.
TECHNICAL DESIGN- Translation of the initial sketch into a “blue print” manuscript according to provided information as far as target market, price points, sizes, material, and design details.
PATTERN- Creations of a paper mock up from approved specs or drape. Plotted pattern is going to be transferred into fabric and cut.
PROTOTYPE- Assembly of the first fully scaled garment that follows the technical drawing, sewing instructions, and templates.
REVISIONS- Adjustments and corrections stage the following after fitting with a live model.
SALES- Costing and merchandising of a created collection as well as a layout of presentation boards or line sheets.
PRODUCTION HAND-OFF- Finilizing and approvals of style details and fit followed by a creation of a production technical pack, application of grading evolution and marker layout.
