In that section, you can browse for the groups that you have interested. You can then click the link to join the group.

Please note that this site is still only a few months old so the groups are not yet very full. However, you are definately welcome to join the ones that you have interest in and hopefully they will grow soon... If you have any further questions, please let me know.
