No, there is no line for me in the works at this point, but it might be something to think about for the future. For now I'm looking for more opportunities to gain experience in the fashion industry all together. Do you hope to create a line?
I thought about going back to school for fashion too, but i've already received a diploma and a degree so i think i'm done with being a student for awhile. You know, there are a lot great course offered at night or on the weekends where you would be able to pick up those extra skill sets. You should look into it. I know there are a few places in Toronto that offer workshops, classes go for about $45 a day and you can pick from there outlines what you would like to learn. This might not help, but here's the link to the one i was thinking of checking out... it might give you ideas http://www.sewbeitstudio.com/
You seem to have the same goals as i do. I would love to get experience working for a line in hopes of having my own one day....but who knows where this industry will take me. Did you go to school for fashion?
Here's the funny thing...i'm not sure just yet. I'm still finding my place within this industry, but to be honest this is the only thing that really makes me happy. So i'm gonna keep on going til i find it.
What about you? Where do you want to be in 10 years from now?
