Maxi dresses were seen 2 seasons ago, I went out looking for them all over and they were no where to be found, the stall time between what is hot now, the skinnies, slouchy boots, booties, reach the mainstream throughout outlets like forever21, Mango, and Zara however the style itself does not reach beyond the fashion industry, Rachel Zoe walking down Sunset with wide leg pants, the runways, people will not buy these items for maybe a year. That is my experiences with these new trends. The feather in the hair trend went faster and is all over. NYTs had an article about it and how flyfisherman are angry b/c they cannot make their ties. Did hair salons see this and make it a big trend fast? Anyone else think about the rate of a trend and how long or too long it lasts. All the editors said leggings would die, we all know that didn't happen they are practical pieces to have and add to outfits that might not work without them.
