Fabric vendor with small minimums

Dear Textile Designers,
I am a designer and I develop my own prints. Therefore I am looking for fabric manufacturers who are willing to do fabric printing at smaller minimums, around 100 mts/color. And also deal with special fabrics.

I am currently working on my Fall/Winter collection and producing in Vietnam. Textile Manufacturers in China, Korea, Taiwan, or any of the eastern or south-eastern countries would be good.

Since textile designers would have worked with such manufacturers, i thought it might be worth a try to possibly get some help.
