Vous Etes Belle Foundation is a small non profit recognized in the state of Texas who assist young girls/women less fortunate. We provide formal gowns, shoes and accesories for any special event and during prom season our services are FREE for our young girls in our area. Any other special event we accept a $25 donation fee that will go towards the drycleaning of the gown or any accidents that may occur.
