I know a Steven Tolevski that imports Jeans from a manufacturer in Columbia, as a distributor, that may be able to offer assistance. I think you can a lot of information from the Peruvian Customs Department. You may need to contact a brokerage to see if you can get space in a container, if you do not need the full container. Look up trade agreements with US Customs as well.
